2. Scope of operations
There are no special restrictions on the scope of business of a Japanese company, but they can be clearly stated in the articles of association. It should be noted that some special industries may need to obtain relevant licenses and certifications.
3. Directors and shareholders
Scanned passport of shareholders/directors; 2 copies of the seal of the legal person/shareholders and notarized certificate with Japanese translation (the seal will be made by yourself, the notary public will pay for the cost, and the original will be sent to Japan); for registration of shareholding in the capacity of a company, the business license, the official seal, the seal of the representative of the legal person and notarization of the address (the representative of the legal person in the country of his/her own residential address) in duplicate with two notarized certificates of the Japanese translation.
4. Registered capital
There is no minimum requirement for registered capital for a Japanese company registered by a foreigner, and 1 yen is acceptable. Registered capital is generally selected 1 million yen, about 50,000 yuan. If you need to open an account, the registered capital is at least 3 million yen, and the registered capital must be paid in.
